and one of my enduring passion is
flying.
I sometimes fly out of Palo Alto but my home airport is
Reid Hillview
located just southeast of downtown San Jose, the hub of Silicon
Valley, California. It is one of the busiest airport in the Bay Area due
mainly to its proximity to 3 large international airports. But more so, a
gazillion of good folks living in this part of the world are smitten
by the romance of flying. In fact, fewer than 700 aircrafts are based in
Reid Hillview alone!
The
excitement and awe you experience flying over this magnificent place are beyond words can describe. Its breathtaking coastline, graceful mountains,
awesome lakes and forest, not to mention the intense
beauty of its vineyards and bustling metropolis are so overwhelming to
the senses they remain lock in your memory forever.
